“The Dragon’s Way practice, for me, addresses my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.  Words are insufficient to convey the power it has to improve your health holistically.  It strengthens my body, quiets my mind, calms my spirit, and lifts my emotions.

I try to make it a daily practice, but like everything in life, there is what we aspire to, and what we really do.  Therefore, I am actually in relationship with my Dragon’s Way practice.  When I do it often and cultivate that relationship, the impact on my body, mind, and heart are strong.  When I don’t do it as often as I’d like, or have a gap of not doing it for a while, I have to reconnect with it and recommit myself to it, and it welcomes me back.  It is truly a dynamic practice that changes as I change and is a wonderful tool in my life.”
