“I returned to the Dragon’s Way practice back in February when I was on a solo vacation and wanted to re-commit to a daily practice. I like Dragon’s Way because it is easy to follow the 30-minute CD. I feel more open and balanced at the end of each practice. While going through the exercises, I am often surprised by awareness’s that come up. An example of this occurred during a recent practice. I was on #10 The Dragon Stands Between Heaven and Earth. I was feeling really good, strong and balanced when I suddenly received a message: “you need to stand up for yourself.” I am learning to be more vocal, to speak up, to own my power, but in a way that feels powerful from within rather than trying to overpower others. In that moment of realization, I felt a significant amount of stress melt away from my body.”
