Introducing the New BSH Website

I’m proud to launch the redesigned Budding Spring Healing website. This site will make it much easier for you to find out how you can get to the root cause of many of the physical, emotional, psychological and relationship problems that cause you distress.

Budding Spring Healing is unique in that you can find solutions through Psychotherapy, Medical Qigong and Qigong Wellness Programs. Please take a look at the expanded list of services I provide, including services for groups and organizations, and for opportunities to bring me in to speak to your group or meeting.

You’ll note many changes in the layout of the site, and you should find that it is easy to access and navigate regardless of how you arrive here, whether on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

I’m particularly excited about changes to the blog and calendar pages. It is much easier now to find blog entries you might have missed, and the calendar is searchable, so you’ll quickly find the class or program that you’re looking for.

Regarding programs, over the past year, I’ve taught the Dragon’s Way® program in Lincoln Park (WholeHealth Chicago), in Wilmette (ZB Wellness Center, where my office is), and in Glenview (The Midwest Palliative and Hospice CareCenter). I’ve just started a new Dragon’s Way Program in Wilmette.

I’m looking forward to launching other Qigong Wellness Programs, such as the Energize Your Metabolism Program, Qigong for overcoming anxiety, the 4-Energy Gates, Qigong for Women’s Breast Health, and others.

I’m very interested in offering these through cooperative relationships with workplaces. By its nature, Qigong improves wellness. Qigong Wellness programs reliably help people manage stress better, but often do much more, such as supporting inner balance, and building energy (Qi). Regular Qigong practice is one of the great secrets to good self-care and self-healing.
