“After the six-week Dragon’s Way class, I felt amazing. I lost 5 lbs, my energy was through the roof, and my PMS symptoms were reduced significantly. I also had a lot less muscle pain and stiffness from my Fibromyalgia, and my panic attacks had disappeared. It seemed everyone in the class had some kind of amazing breakthrough; some had weight loss or changes in their energy levels, but others started tasting food differently, and were giving up things they’d loved before, like diet soda and junk food! The class does require a bit of a commitment, and a willingness to try new things, but the results were worth it. I now do the Wu Ming Qigong movements almost every day, as part of my self-care plan.”
